Registration:

Registration may be for conference participation alone, or with lodging at Arnot Forest. Please note that, in either case, you must send the registration form. Registration fee payment options, a link to the registration form, and contact information are provided below.

Arnot Forest is a Cornell University Teaching Facility. Accommodations are simple cabins with eight bunk beds, and shared shower facilities. However, please note that, although the $65 registration fee includes one night in a cabin at Arnot Forest, anyone who wants to arrive on Friday can stay there that night for an additional $33.25. Also, while the cabins have up to eight beds, a smaller number of people may occupy a cabin, even a single person or a couple, perhaps not wishing to sleep dorm style. Good mattresses are provided, on single beds, but bedding and sheets are NOT provided.

There are several Bed and Breakfasts in the area (Spencer).  Ithaca is about 15 miles to the North with a number of hotels and B&Bs. Watkins Glen and Montour Falls are about the same distance to the West, also with several motels and B&Bs. We suggest making your reservations soon.

The registration fee includes lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. All meals are vegetarian. Please consider bringing snack type foods for breaks and to go with the wine in the evening.

Registration Fees:*
$45 if you make your own sleeping arrangements (conference only).
$65 if you are staying at the Arnot facility (conference and lodging).
